| I understand that when registering for an event at Quarry Oaks, I am paying for an entire team. I also understand Quarry Oaks does not issue refunds once a team is registered for an event. Refunds are only given if the event is cancelled due to weather conditions. If notice of cancellation is given at least 48 hours prior to the event starting time, a Quarry Oaks Gift Card in the amount of fees paid will be given to the registrant. No exceptions.
